Questions we get a lot.
What sports do you cover?
NFL and NBA are the big two. We never miss a primetime NFL game, we’ll typically run four different +100 plays on NFL Sunday, and we cover every NBA slate.
We’ll still sprinkle in MLB, UFC, NHL and soccer when we see slates we’re confident in. Baseball especially — that’s the one we’ve been working into the menu more the last couple of seasons.
What time do plays go out?
It changes day to day depending on the slate, but every play goes out the moment it’s placed. The video play reaches members hours before the video does — on average around 11am ET, though it can often land later if we’re waiting on injury reports — and just as often the night before, if we see something we love right away.
The daily extra play(s) typically follow a couple of hours after that.
How does the Ladder Contest work?
It’s a monthly contest to see who can hit the most +100 plays in a row. Everyone in the membership gets a single entry into the channel we open for it, and it starts on Day 1. Hit, and you move on to Day 2. Miss, and you’re out. It runs day after day until there’s one person left standing.
First place takes $200 plus a sports jersey of their choice, and second and third take $50 each. If the winner gets to 10 days in a row, there’s another $300 on top of that.

What are the giveaways?
Any day the Café plays all hit, we run a giveaway in the Discord. We @everyone in the main channel announcing the sweep, then pick at random from whoever reacts to the message — usually two or three people, $50 each.
From there we reach out over Discord to sort out how to send it, and it goes out within seven days.
What happens in the offseason?
The Café runs on the sports calendar. Once the NBA season wraps up in mid-June, we take a break from posting videos until the NFL returns at the start of September, and the membership pauses with it — nobody gets charged when we’re not posting.
The Discord of course stays open and active, with us still sweating lots of baseball and UFC over the summer months. We just aren’t sending out the official plays through DubClub, or posting videos, in July and August.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, through DubClub. Billing and cancellations are handled entirely on their end.
Payments run through Stripe, who DubClub partner with to process every subscription on the platform. It’s the same processor behind a huge share of the checkouts you already use, so your card details go to Stripe — never to us.
